Simon has over 18 years experience in the Melbourne concrete polishing and concrete grinding industry, starting out in 2002. Working on major commercial projects such as the Melbourne Central main walkways and station concourse refurbishment, and a 3.5 million square meter polished concrete project in Vietnam.

Simon was a big part in the pioneering of the HiPERFLOOR flooring system. Simon’s expansive experience was used to turn HiPERFLOOR into a reputable flooring system. This was so successful that the rights to HiPERFLOOR were sold to Husqvarna Construction Products. Simon has extensive knowledge and experience in industrial floor coatings and concrete repairs.
